Will I receive a physical product?
No. Every listing in this shop is a digital download. You receive the files named on the product page; no printed object, filament or shipping is included.
Which file formats do I receive?
Each product page lists the exact files included. Products may include STL, 3MF or ZIP files. You need suitable slicing software and access to a compatible 3D printer.
Can I sell prints I make?
Yes. Commercial use is included: you may sell physical prints that you personally make from WiggleForge files. You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload or provide the digital files, modified files or derivatives to anyone else.
Do my purchases expire?
Your purchase access does not expire. For security, individual emailed access links expire; you can request a fresh link at any time from the My Downloads page using the checkout email address.
How do I get my files?
After Lemon Squeezy verifies payment, WiggleForge emails a private download link to your checkout email address. Check spam or junk if it does not arrive, then use My Downloads to request another link.
What if a file has a problem?
Contact us with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We will help troubleshoot and provide a remedy when required. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
